Status-Mark Mossel Bay is an individually owned business and has been operating in Mossel Bay since 1988.  Willem and Antoinette Prinsloo became the owners in July 1993 and decided to specialise in the management and administration of Sectional Title, Home Owner’s Associations, Golf and Eco Estates.

Status-Mark Mossel Bay is an individually owned business and has been operating in Mossel Bay since 1988.  Willem and Antoinette Prinsloo became the owners in July 1993 and decided to specialise in the management and administration of Sectional Title, Home Owner’s Associations, Golf and Eco Estates. 

We also do residential and commercial letting, as well as short and long term rentals and holiday accommodation.  Willem Prinsloo is a registered Quantity Surveyor (BSc QS) and together with Antoinette, they as owners are personally involved in the running of the business on a daily basis. 

We have a well established and fully computerised office, including well trained staff and excellent management and computer systems.  With our combined experience in the management of a vast number of schemes in the Southern and Western Cape, it can truly be said that we have the expertise to manage any development, therefore living up to our motto:

Services

General Functions

The proper and effective management and administration of the development in terms of the Sectional Titles act or the Constitution of the Home Owners
  Association (which ever may apply).
– Preparation and distribution of monthly levy statements.
– Attend to the payment of all authorized expenditure.
– Advising body corporates on all matters relating to the Sectional Titles act.
– Arrange for adequate insurance and attend to insurance claims on behalf of the body corporate.

Accounting Functions

Maintain proper accounting records as generally accepted accounted practice.
– Prepare regular Cash Flow Statements, Management Reports and Interim Financial Statements if and when required by the Trustees.
– Prepare annual budgets and income and expenditure estimates for submission to the members at the annual general meeting.
– Arrange the annual audit and submit audited financial statements to the board of trustees.

Secretarial Functions

The proper and effective management and administration of the development in terms of the Sectional Titles act or the Constitution of the Home Owners
  Association (which ever may apply).
